People like Trump boost insurgency

-

Defeating Daesh is a byproduct of global insurgency. It is important to understand the fundamentalism of this insurgency before finding a solution to defeat it. This insurgency was created in Afghanistan to defeat the Soviet Union. Then the insurgents were respectfully called ‘Mujahideen’. There was a hidden objective to malign Islam. A new concept of an invisible military force was created for the first time in the world. The insurgency paid good dividends by defeating the Soviet Union to make the US the only superpower. However, this defeat gave a false pride to the insurgents of defeating a superpower, giving them false hope of ruling the Muslim world. The insurgency spread globally like wildfire. Just 19 men jolted the US on September 11, 2001. Recently, just eight men rocked France. In addition to psychological damage, it uprooted peace and harmony in western societies and created intolerance and hatred. In the Muslim world the effect has been more destructive through suicide bombings and attacks on civilians. Any solution to defeating this insurgency has to be multidimensional. It has become very important for Muslims to create a powerful Islamic facade. Knee-jerk statements from people like Donald Trump and Marine Le Pen will only help escalate the global insurgency.
