TIFF debut

Actress Konkona Sen Sharma is excited about her upcoming directorial debut, A Death in the Gunj, which will be screened at the Toronto Film Festival 2016. The 11-day festival will open on September 8. The film will be screened in the special presentation section.

“Thrilled to be in such great company with our film A DEATH IN THE GUNJ! [sic]” Sen Sharma, 36, tweeted. The film is a comingof-age story, which traces the journey of five individuals who are on holiday. —PTI
