Ocean Fair clinch Indian Independen­ce Day Cup

Beat Pakistan Heroes by eight runs in final at Ocean Fair Sports Club Grounds in Dubai

Ocean Fair Internatio­nal defeated Pak Heroes by eight runs to clinch the 16th Al Wahda Indian Independen­ce Day Cup, held on August 26 at the Ocean Fair Sports Club Grounds at DIP.

Batting first, Ocean Fair Internatio­nal scored a fine 69 for three in the allotted fiver overs with Salman Randhawa top scoring with an unbeaten 32. Zawar Hussain chipped in with 14 not out. For Pakistan Heroes, Muslim Ali picked two wickets.

Chasing a tricky target, Pakistan Heroes could manage 62 for one in five overs.
