Kangana in US to prepare for role in ‘Simran’

Actress Kangana Ranaut has gone to the US, where she is preparing for her role in forthcoming film Simran.

In Hansal Mehta’s directorial venture, Ranaut will play a Gujarati NRI (nonresident Indian) named Praful Patel.

The Queen actress will be back in Mumbai on Thursday.

Simran is about a woman whose ambitions lead her to the world of crime.

According to sources, the shooting for the film is expected to commence from the end of September.
