What Lara wants for Miss Universe
Former Miss Universe Lara Dutta, who will mentor India’s Miss Universe contestants, says she’s on the lookout for a candidate with a distinct persona.
“I am looking for someone with a very personal style statement and who is totally different from your cookie cutter beauty queen. I don’t want someone giving me same answers the same way. I am happy with the bunch we have got [this year],” Dutta said.
Dutta, who won the Miss Universe title in 2000, is mentoring 16 girls on the show Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva — Miss Universe India 2016, a six-part series on Colors Infinity.
