Expert opinion points to any Defence Housing Authority (DHA) projects in Lahore as safe property investment bets. Lahore DHA Phase 9 in particular is indicated to be promising by experts.

Spread over 16 acres, DHA Phase 9 began development in February is expected to be completed in four years, said Brigadier Zafar Yaseen Babar, DHA Administrator for Lahore, at the announcement.

Gulberg, Lahore’s central business district, is the other top area in the city earmarked for investments with stable returns. Gulberg has several business and corporate offices located in the main Boulevard Gulberg. “Gulberg is an ideal place for property investment in Lahore as demand is always high due to the central location and being the hub of businesses,” explains Malik Anwar Ul Islam, CEO and Founder of Ghar47.com, in a post on the real estate investment news portal.

“Property investment in this area will yield good returns.”
