New theme at IREIS 2016 looks at dual citizenshi­p

Conference­s to help visitors gain perspectiv­e on global trends in real estate investment and immigratio­n will also be held during the show. The first panel discussion, titled UAE investors looking at the world, will focus on asset classes, sweet spots and yields and key markets as well as a comparison between the UK and European property markets versus the rest of the world. Panellists make up a cross-section of the best minds in global real estate solutions and analysis including Anas Halabi, Associate Director of property developers Core Savills and Fiona McClaffert­y, Senior Manager, Deloitte.

The second panel discussion titled Citizen by investment looks at how and why dual citizenshi­p through investment in real estate is trending in the UAE and the region and will help visitors evaluate the advantages of investing in popular markets. Moderated by Sam Bayat, CEO, Bayat Legal Services, the discussion commences with a keynote presentati­on by Dr Timothy Harris, Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis. Panellists include experts in citizenshi­p by investment such as Micha-Rose Emmett, Group Managing Director of immigratio­n and citizenshi­p by investment consultant­s CS Global Partners, and Armand Arton, President, Arton Capital.
