Dubai, Kenyan Chambers sign agreement

Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a framework for enhancing economic cooperation and trade ties between both sides. The Dubai Chamber said Kenya remains one of Dubai’s top trading partners within Africa, with bilateral non-oil trade rising to $1.1 billion (Dh4 billion) in 2016. It added that Kenya is key focus for the Chamber’s expansion strategy and can offer opportunities to UAEbased investors. (Staff Report)
