Commission for education holds its first meeting

The

National Commission for Education, Culture and Science discussed its future plans and strategy with education institutions and government bodies.

The meeting, chaired by Hussain Ebrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Education, also witnessed the launch of the commission’s official website.

Amal Al Koos, the panel’s secretary-general, said 11 more days are left to evaluate the commitment of 111 Emirati schools that are members of Unesco’s Associated Schools Network. (WAM)
