Al Tayer Motors opens its largest multi-purpose facility in the UAE
The complex will have dedicated showrooms for Maserati, Jaguar, Land Rover
Al Tayer Motors, a UAEbased automobile dealership, has opened its largest multi-purpose facility in Al Barsha, the company said in a statement yesterday.
The 55,000 square metre facility is spread over four levels, with dedicated pre-owned car showrooms for Ford, Lincoln, Jaguar, Land Rover and Maserati.
The facility will also have a new Ferrari and Maserati service centre, and a central staff training academy.
Eco-friendly building
According to the statement, eco-friendly technologies were used in the building, including a 660KW rooftop solar power generating system.
The system will be able to meet the power requirements of the facility and has the potential to supply electricity back into the DEWA grid.
“Among the main highlights of the facility are the pre-owned cars showrooms. They have been designed to offer vehicles in an unparalleled retail experience through modern retail areas, which set a benchmark across the region. Customers can choose from the best preowned vehicles, of the brands we represent, all of which have undergone a thorough inspection and certification, come with unmatched service and warranty packages, and offer complete peace of mind,” said Ashok Khanna, Chief Executive Officer, Al Tayer Motors in a statement.
Al Tayer Motors’ pre-owned car sales have shown an annual average growth rate of more than 14 per cent over the past five years, and are estimated to grow even further over the next year with the opening of this facility.
The complex will offer a selection of more than 2,500 vehicles across five brands, and include a central training facility for the dealership.
