Social media users raged agianst Facebook for allowing news to be manipulated.
The beginning of Facebook’s downfall?
Social media users expressed their concerns regarding media platforms selling their information to advertisers, as #DeleteFacebook trended on Twitter. Users posted witty comments and pondered over the ethicality of other social media platforms. On a lighter note, ‘Happy Mothers Day’ and ‘International Happiness Day’ trended, as they fall on March 21 and March 20 respectively.

#DeleteFacebook trends around the world as raw anger erupts around the unmasking of Cambridge Analytica scam.
@Joeheenan:
#DeleteFacebook I’d love to but how will I find out if it’s snowing? How will I see racist comments from people from high school that I hated? Where else will I be able to take a quiz that’ll tell me what character I would be from ‘Are You Being Served’?
@the2ndhop:
Why is anyone assuming that Twitter is any better behaved than Facebook? #DeleteFacebook
@cmrudy:
I deleted my Facebook last year. I haven’t looked back and I will never go back. #DeleteFacebook
Nita Corcolon:
Happy Mothers Day to all the lovely mothers around the world who make so many sacrifices and give love to their families...
@TheRealLukevans:

@NowakRo:
