Neymar Junior Fives national finals in Sharjah

Sixteen teams vie for a place in July’s grand final in Brazil

The UAE national final of the Neymar Junior Fives football tournament takes place at Sharjah waterfront from 4pm today.

The final sees 16 teams aiming for victory and the honour of representi­ng the country in July’s grand finals at Neymar’s Institute in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Qualifying teams booked their spots in the final after a series of 15 qualifiers that took place in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
