MOLECULE RESTAURANT

Where: Dubai Design District.

What: This dining and gallery concept offers a different setting to break your fast. The iftar offers a soup of the day, followed by appetisers such as molecule aubergine and bresaola della valtellina. Main course offerings include fetuccine piemontesi and quinoa crusted salmon (pictured), with fruit-inspired desserts to finish your meal.

Timing: Sunset until 2am.

Price: Dh120 per person.

Where: Vida Downtown, Dubai. What: Experience family dining with three-day curated Mediterran­ean choices such as kofta khashkhash, chicken shish taouk, lamb kofta, dajaj mashwi, and fish harra. The spread of dessert signatures include umm ali, karak chai pannacota and baklava creme brulee.

Timing: Sunset until 10pm.

Price: Dh180 per person; children aged 6 to 12 can dine at Dh90, while children under 6 can eat for free.

KENZA

Where: Ramada Downtown, Dubai. What: The iftar spread entails a variety of salads and soups, followed by main course offerings that include the iftar staple, the lamb ouzi, along with a live barbecue station. Also indulge in a sweet treats corner. Meanwhile, refreshmen­ts include juices such as tamar hindi, jalab, and qamar al-din. Timing: Sunset until 10:30pm. Price: Dh149 per person; children aged 6 to 12 years pay Dh75, while children under 6 years can dine for free.

AL HADHEERAH

Where: Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa, Dubai.

What: Explore this ‘1001 Arabian Nights’ iftar at Al Hadheerah outdoor desert restaurant, which has been transforme­d to a fully air-conditione­d venue. Special live heritage shows go along with a buffet spread that features traditiona­l Arabic food and more than nine live cooking stations.

Timing: Daily from sunset to 11:30pm.

Price: Dh265 per person.

FLAVOURS

Where: Sheraton Hotel, Abu Dhabi. What: The iftar buffet presents a plethora of regional flavours, with the likes of dawood basha, kung pao chicken, and murg adraki being a part of the main course. Dessert offerings that are featured include kunafa nabulsiya, muhalabia, tiramisu, and creme caramel.

Price: Dh174 per person; Dh87 for children aged 6 to 12, while children under 6 can dine for free.
