A social project to encourage people to live well at Shangri-La Hotel and Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi. A full day of wellness activities open to the public. Kick off with a free chi gong session at 9am, a display by kung fu tea master at 10am, then a breakfast buffet which follows the theme of the five elements. Free checkups for diabetes, hypertension and other lifestyle diseases from 9am-4pm, fitness assessments from 1-4pm. A platform for parents to sell and buy pre-loved baby and kids’ items, meet other parents, keep the kids entertained with free activities and make a contribution to the environment by re-using kids items.
