RTA to bring its services to your doorstep

July, vehicle owners in Dubai will be able to obtain a range of services offered by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) at their doorstep.

The RTA announced yesterday that it was launching its ‘Reach-out-to-Customers’ initiative next month, which will provide several vehicle-related transactions that require the presence of the customer in person at the location of the customer’s choice.

The services covered by this initiative include vehicle ownership, transfer of vehicle ownership, export of vehicles and change of vehicle ownership. (Staff Report)
