Three-day Eid holidays for UAE banks

The UAE Central Bank has informed banks that the Eid Al Fitr holidays for the sector will be for three days, starting from the first day of Eid. The holidays will be for the first three days of Shawwal and the work will resume on the fourth of Shawwal.

UAE bank branches will remain closed on these three days. However, banks will ensure cash services through automated teller machines (ATMs). (Staff Report)
