Sponsored by Egyptian President Abdul Fattah Al Sissi, the inaugural edition of the conference aimed to activate a strategic partnership with the UAE, and establish a new model of governance that can be replicated across the Arab world.

Held from Tuesday, Egypt’s first event of its kind drew more than 30 speakers and over 2,500 government officials.

The event covered some aspects of governance: Performance, efficiency and government excellence, government capabilities, and smart services.
