Few things infuriate you more than those who make plans then change them without letting anybody know. Yet at the moment that’s exactly what you’re doing. Things are moving so swiftly you’ve been able to react to events, but not to talk things through with anybody. The solution? Apologise when you can.

When facing difficult situations or the sort of individual who has a knack for turning a minor issue into a major drama you’re usually calm. In fact you often view such matters as humorous. Now however you’re taking them seriously, perhaps too much so. Back off. These aren’t that important.

Certain individuals are unable to make a plan or agree to anything without some reassurance or guarantee. While obviously this is unrealistic you also can’t ignore their request. Ask what they’re looking for. They may not know themselves. If so say no more. Instead leave it at that.

Since then however you’ve been forced to explore what these would involve. What you’ve learnt hasn’t just been informative you now recognise what those changes will accomplish.
