The second day of the Dubai Fitness Challenge with a host of fitness sessions, including yoga and dancing. Head to the main stage and take part in one of fitness classes to win prizes. You’ll also have opportunit­ies to join interactiv­e bike classes with expert trainers and Les Mills spinning classes. A kid-specific active zones includes climbing and trampoline areas, inflatable assault courses, toddler zones, kids’ yoga, basketball and even bootcamp. At Dubai Festival City from 1pm until 8pm. Fitness First

Ibn Battuta Mall has partnered with Fitness First to host a range of activities including body mass index measuremen­ts, group exercises, workout competitio­ns, morning walks and more running until November 24. The mall is hosting fitness activities at China Court led by experts.
