Looking for a good challenge? Here are all the places you can go to, most of them free, during the 30-day event:

DIFC

If you’re looking for forwardthi­nking technology and machinery, or simply the next big fitness trend, this is the place to be. Walk over to the main stage where you can try more than 300 fitness classes with instructor­s and celebrity guest appearance­s. 7am to 9pm on weekdays. Entry free.

Palm Jumeirah

Experience a Virtual Fitness Trail with 12 digital activation­s each with their own trainer, as well as enjoy more than 300 free fitness classes daily. For the mums-to-be, there are special pre- and post-natal classes hosted by Anatomy Rehab, including mums and tots, and expecting family sessions. From 7am to 10pm on weekdays. Free entry.

Kite Beach

Enjoy beach sports tournament­s including cricket, soccer and volleyball, as well as a special Dubai Fitness Challenge aqua class. From 7am to 6pm daily. Free entry.

Al Khawaneej Walk

With a special focus on cycling, the fitness village here is all about getting active with the entire family, with sports activities that everyone will love. Grab a bike and cycle around the track and enjoy a variety of pit-stops for all different fitness needs – the best part is that everyone can get involved. From 4pm to 10pm on weekdays. Free entry.

DMCC Park

Try out the running track and fitness trail, or simply take part in a variety of tournament­s being held by PSSA Basketball Academy, IFA Football Academy and DuPlays Tournament­s. From 7am to 9pm on weekdays. Free entry.
