DP World joint venture wins $78m contract
Hindustan Infralog Private Limited, a joint venture between DP World and India’s National Investment and Infrastructure Fund, has won a bid to develop and operate the Free Trade Warehousing Zone for $78 million (Dh286 million).
The Warehousing Zone is located at India’s largest container gateway, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust. It comes with a long-term concession of 60 years, and will be developed across 18 hectares. The facility is expected to be operational by 2020, DP World said. (Staff Report)
