Green’s celeb friends silent as #MeToo catches up
Long Good Friday Simon Cowell has not spoken to Philip Green in more than three years, friends said, as celebrities linked to the businessman named as being at the centre of Britain’s #MeToo scandal declined to back him.
Kate Moss, who has worked with Green on Topshop lines, was photographed at Heathrow Airport but said nothing about the furore. There was also no reply from the agent of Cara Delevingne, the model turned actress who became the face of Topshop in 2014 and who last year claimed to have been sexually harassed by Harvey Weinstein.
