The first 100 per cent Emirati-engineered and developed satellite manufactured in the UAE at the Mohammad Bin Rashid Space Centre in Dubai. Emiratis took to social media since the early hours of October 29 to express their delight following the successful launch of KhalifaSat into orbit at 8.08am.
