Andhra minister compares Modi to an anaconda

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP), which sprang a surprise recently by joining hands with the Congress party, has stepped up its attacks of erstwhile ally the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), with one of its key leaders describing the Prime Minister Narendra Modi as an “anaconda”.

Andhra Pradesh finance minister and TDP politburo member Y. Ramakrishnudu said, “Modi is like an anaconda, which has been swallowing institutions like the CBI, RBI and others. How could he be a saviour,”
