Treasures of Saudi Arabia at Louvre
Rare artefacts from the Arabian peninsula are on display at the Louvre Abu Dhabi in an exhibition titled ‘Roads of Arabia: Archaeological Treasures of Saudi Arabia’. Artefacts on display include a door to the Kaaba dating back to 1355 and a pearl from Umm Al Quwain dating back 5500-5300 BC. The exhibition will be open till February 16 next year.
