Oman braces for tropical storm

Oman geared up for a tropical storm expected to impact parts of the country later yesterday.

The Omani armed forces were put on alert and the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources said it has formed field teams and provided the necessary machinery for reopening roads and pumping rain water.
