02 BENGALURU SMART CITY

Bhartiya City is a 50-hectare sustainably-driven smart city development in Bengaluru which will provide a fully integrated mix of residential, retail, hospitality and special economic zones along with schooling, sports and healthcare facilities. Topping out of the first phase, comprising some 2400 residential units as well as extensive gardens and community facilities, recently took place. The Broadway Malyan development consists of ten interconnected towers ranging from 22 to 30 stories. A shopping mall, convenience stores, spa, two swimming pools and extensive park and gardens will be delivered in the second phase of the scheme which is accessible by foot and by bike.
