LEED-ING THE WAY

The new North American headquarters of insurance group Zurich in Schaumburg, Illinois, have received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification.

The 72,800-square metre complex, designed by Goettsch Partners (GP), is composed of three primary ‘ bars’ that are offset and stacked to optimise solar orientation for amenities.
