THE ADDRESS

Construction work is now underway on The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort and Spa on Jumeirah Beach Walk in Dubai Marina.

The 255,000-square metre Emaar development features three key elements. A 75-storey West Tower will be home to The Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa which boasts 183 rooms and suites, along with The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa which accommodates serviced apartments.

The Residences Jumeirah Dubai Managed by The Address will be located in the East Tower. The project is, in fact, composed of a single tower with a distinctive ‘space’ and includes a linking lobby.

Residents will have access to more than 100 metres of beach front as well as five food and beverage concepts, including a lounge at the top level and the Sky Restaurant.

Other facilities will include a 24-hour gym, spa, board rooms and ballrooms.
