The wraps have been taken off the first show apartment at Bulgari Residences, a key component of the 157,000-square metre Bulgari Resort and Residences Dubai, on Jumeirah Bay Island.

The luxury marine complex will be the world’s sixth Bulgari Hotels and Resorts property, with each home designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners.

The Meraas development, which is being described as Dubai’s most exclusive residential community, will accommodate 168 one-to-threebedroom apartments; there are also six four-bedroom penthouses and 15 mansions, which each feature between three and six bedrooms.

The Bulgari Residences community will be managed by the adjacent Bulgari Hotels and Resorts, with residents enjoying the Bulgari innovative luxury service concept that includes a dedicated 24-hour concierge service.

The Residences are situated between the Bulgari Resort and the world’s first Bulgari Yacht Club.

Owners will have the option when purchasing from Meraas to choose from made-to-measure apartments featuring exclusively designed kitchens, or to have each room fully furnished by architects Citterio and Viel, selecting from Italian collections from brands including B&B Italia, Maxalto, Flexiform and Flos.

Other benefits for owners include priority on-berth renting along with complimentary access to the Yacht Club Member Lounge, a membersonly facility offering a personalised service.

Jumeirah Bay is a 560,000-square metre mixed-use island development by Meraas, sculpted in the shape of a seahorse riding the arcs of sand and rock. Located off Jumeirah Beach Road, the island is accessible via a 300-metre bridge that has been provided for residents and visitors.

The Bulgari Residences will be flanked by gardens and leisure amenities and are scheduled to be handed over in 2018.
