03 LIMASSOL EXCLUSIVE RESIDENCES

Orange Architects has won a competition to design Terra Project, an exclusive residential tower featuring 10 luxurious apartments in this city on the southern coast of Cyprus. Each floor represents a single home boasting 360-degree views along with a private pool, gardens and terraces. The space of each apartment has been wrapped around the core of the building and configured in a different way. The glazed façades in-between the structural horizontal plates can be fully opened, transforming each apartment into an ‘indoor-outside’ space. The plinth for the project has been designed to accommodate a club or restaurant.
