Marriott International plans to open its first Element hotel in the Egyptian capital in early 2019. Located in the Heliopolis district, the 344-room property will be the largest Element hotel in the Middle East and Africa and part of a mixed-use project with a high-end retail mall housing an indoor theme park and unbranded residences. Hotel amenities will include fast and free WiFi, complimentary bikes to borrow, a 24-hour fitness centre, 668 square metres of flexible meeting space along with a fully equipped business centre and an all-day dining cafe.
