Ad­dress Ho­tels + Re­sorts, Emaar Hos­pi­tal­ity Group’s pre­mium lux­ury ho­tel brand, is to man­age a flag­ship project in the King­dom of Saudi Ara­bia.

The Ja­bal Omar Ad­dress Makkah is due to open in 2019 and will be home to 1490 ho­tel rooms and suites, in­clud­ing units for free­hold sale. It will be lo­cated just steps away from the Grand Mosque and will fea­ture two iden­ti­cal tow­ers with a con­nect­ing bridge.

Res­i­dences, ho­tels, malls, re­tail ameni­ties, prayer ar­eas and other sup­port fa­cil­i­ties are also planned within a built-up area of around two mil­lion square me­tres.

Yasser Faisal Al-Sharif, Chief Ex­ec­u­tive Of­fi­cer of Ja­bal Omar De­vel­op­ment Com­pany, said: “We wanted to en­sure that the Ja­bal Omar Ad­dress Makkah stands out for its unique brand iden­tity and ex­cep­tional ser­vice stan­dards.

The ho­tel will ac­com­mo­date two lounges fea­tur­ing cafes and re­tail out­lets, along with two sig­na­ture restau­rants, lobby cafes, six meet­ing rooms, two busi­ness cen­tres and two fit­ness clubs.
