DESIGNING NEW CONSUMER EXPERIENCES

And Savona 18 Suites, a new hotel in the heart of Milan, is changing the way guests experience the city’s design heritage, with its personal stay accommodations.

“I envisioned Savona 18 Suites as a mansion house, in the sense of turning it into an intimately friendly place in the centre of Milan’s fashion and design district,” said Aldo Cibic, the hotel’s designer.

A stone’s throw from Via Tortona, this exciting new venue is a typical Milanese casa di ringhiera (a traditional tenement with communal balcony) that was transformed into a design hotel for the Blu Hotels group.

The property consists of 43 rooms, all furnished in different ways – from those featuring vintage objects to those emphasising contemporary design – in order to offer original experiences. The bonus: the items within can also be purchased by guests!
