This stunning villa in Oman is defined by its meticulous, bespoke interior details. The client requested a well-planned and open home with hints of modern accents that encapsulate characteristics of comfortable and stylish living. As with the company’s other projects, the designers created a timeless style using the personality and lifestyle of their clients as a guide, along with the best custom furnishings.
The interior features smooth surfaces and custom lighting and furnishings, all honed to perfection, as well as an outdoor living area that has a balanced and visually organised flow.
The designers achieved this elevated sense of place by relying heavily upon the space-planning, and by introducing free-standing elements. The material palette includes bold finishes that contrast with the woodwork and metal detailing, for which brass was selected.
Our judges enjoyed its elegance and charm and found that it had just the right amount of eclecticism. They noted its excellent use of space and its illuminating, bright ambience, and that the consistent choice of materials and palette revealed an aesthetic understanding of how to create comfort and pleasure in the space.
