Bluewaters Island in Dubai is now home to Caesars Palace

Bluewaters Dubai and Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai, which together form Caesars Entertainm­ent’s first non-gaming, beach-front resort.

Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai features 194 guest rooms and Cove Beach – a seafront area that comprises the 2.0 restaurant, Rosé Bar and Sea Lounge. Guests can also enjoy treatments at the Qua Spa and enjoy a combinatio­n of showstoppi­ng theatre and world-class cooking at multi-Michelin star chef and television personalit­y Gordon Ramsay’s second Hell’s Kitchen restaurant – or choose from a range of other high-end dining outlets.

Well-known American potter, designer and author Jonathan Adler was commission­ed to design and curate art pieces and pictures for the hotel’s public areas and rooms.

The 301-guest room Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai, meanwhile, is aimed at families looking for indulgence, island seclusion and entertainm­ent for all ages. Guests can enjoy two outdoor pools – one family-friendly and one for adults only – and access to a private beach, as well as the event space that can accommodat­e up to 800 guests. Six restaurant­s and bars are offered, including Bacchanal Buffet – which features open restaurant kitchens serving everything from prime rib, chilled crab legs and oysters to handmade dim sum and baked-toorder soufflés.

The developmen­t is also home to Caesars FORUM – which comprises a state-of-the-art conference centre, three meeting rooms and the 750-square metre Forum Ballroom – as well as The Residences at Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai that offers 80 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments for short- and long-term lease.
