Sindh reluctant to pay Rs70b bill

Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Asif has said that the Sindh governemnt was reluctant to pay Rs70 billion to the centre on account of electricity charges. Asif informed the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Monday that the provincial government was not even paying the amount which had been reconciled for the last three years.
