So, what are you waiting for? Get ready to dine-in at the ONLY outlet that serves a diverse range of egg dishes — EGGY!

Set in Cluster I at Platinum Towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Eggy opened its doors early this year to highlight the delicious goodness of eggs. The egg-centric eatery does this by presenting it as the main ingredient in an array of lipsmacking dishes.

“The concept of Eggy is to promote healthy eating,” says Business Development Manager Zarana Pathak. “We want to take away the fad that egg has cholesterol and is an unhealthy meal option.”

Eggy transforms nature’s ovalshaped bounty into a range of gastronomic delights to satiate different palates. Besides having a variety of mouthwatering options neatly categorised as appetisers, salads, rolls, sandwiches, etc. on the menu, hot favourites are the Kashmiri Bhurji, Italian Omelette, and traditionalstyle Lachko, according to Pathak.

Packed with protein, vitamins and minerals, eggs are an excellent source of nutrients, and modern trends now see people make it a primary element to lose weight and maintain a healthy balanced diet.

“The egg represents food at an almost primordial level when we eat it raw, consuming the liquid stuff of life itself. It is capable of being transformed into the most sophisticated of culinary cre- ations,” Pathak adds.

The eatery also offers non-egg dishes, such as classic burgers, wraps and fresh juices, in addition to customising select items to cater to vegetarians.

Decked with bright elements that showcase its speciality in an orange-and-white setting, Eggy can accommodate 28 people inside and 28 people outside. The outside view is a scenic beauty with a view of the lake.

Looking ahead, Eggy aims to expand and cater to different areas across the UAE and beyond in the future.

“We are yet to set a mark on the achievements but what we have achieved in such a little span of time is the love of the people who have visited us to make us prosper and come to where we are. They are the true trophies for us,” she concludes.
