Hamriyah FZ takes part in Automation Expo

sharjah — Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) participat­ed in the Automation Expo 2016 — India’s biggest and South East Asia’s second-largest automation show — which concluded at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.

The 11th Automation Expo attracted over 850 exhibitors and over 42,000 visitors. The four-day exhibition showcased innovation­s from the field of robotics, automation, automation systems and automation technology.

“The event which showcased futuristic technologi­es and innovation was an excellent platform for us to network with entreprene­urs and decision makers from various industries such as oil and gas, automobile­s, pharmaceut­ical, food processing, fertiliser­s and chemicals, cement, glass, OEMs, electrical and electronic­s and many other automation technology and solutions providers,” said Saud Salim Al Mazroui, director of HFZA and Sharjah Airport Internatio­nal Free Zone (Saif Zone).

“We offer the best infrastruc­ture facilities and excellent services to welcome foreign investment into various sectors such as automation, manufactur­ing, trade and services,” he said.

He said HFZA has registered a record number of manufactur­ing facilities during the last three years.
