Joint government services conference discusses customer happiness

abu dhabi — Lieutenant General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, attended the opening of the first edition of the government conference for joint services, on Monday.

Participan­ts read out study papers, termed as a platform for exchanging internatio­nal expertise and experience­s within the scope of the government and outsourcin­g of services.

Held at Ritz Carlton Hotel, the event discussed the best used means and the services rendered for making customers happy. It also outlined the concept of the joint services within the scope of the government sector, including the world government’s summit, Shaikh Khalifa government excellence programme and smart transforma­tion.

A film on the efforts of the Ministry of Interior for promoting the rendering of smart and online services to customers and achieving them in the shortest time was shown to the conferees.

The conference was attended by a number of UAE ministers, Arab, internatio­nal, local and federal government senior officials.
