cause we care:

UAE sends relief aid, which included foodstuff, blankets and other essential material, to Yemen’s Mukalla city on August 20. The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) distributed some 352 relief packages to disabled individuals. The aid was sponsored by two local rehabilitation societies in Mukalla, the provincial capital of Hadramout. Geeta has thumbs-ups and smiles as she stands alongside India’s Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj. Mute and deaf, she strayed into Pakistan more than a decade ago. Today, thankfully, she is reunited with her family in Indore.

I am happy that after a long time today I will get money for food. For several months, I had been eating from a restaurant without paying them. For eight months, I knocked on several doors for help. I have been to the Indian consulate many times and I hope I will be able to go home soon. Khaleej Times
