Damac presses ahead with home launches
dubai — Damac Properties has launched sales of Akoya Play, a collection of three-bedroom villas set around a water park.
Located at Akoya Oxygen, Akoya Play villas are priced at Dh1.05 million with a payment plan spanning three-and-a-half years. The villas are targeted at young couples and families and will offer views of the international golf course and access to Vista Lux to explore a variety of international shopping and dining venues.
“Sitting on a quiet enclave within Akoya Oxygen, Akoya Play offers a community living experience that sets the bar higher for Dubai’s luxury living landscape,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice-president, Damac Properties.
Earlier this month, Damac had launched MOD townhouses in Akoya Oxygen priced at Dh595,000. Each MOD townhouse includes one bedroom, a living room and study with a private garden.
