Cocoona opens aesthetic clinic at ‘Mirdif 35’ community centre
dubai — Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation, which specialises in plastic, cosmetic, dental, orthopaedic, weight loss, hair transplant, dermatology and dietary services, has announced the opening of its day aesthetic surgical clinic at ‘Mirdif 35’, the luxury community centre in Mirdif, Dubai.
This is the third Cocoona clinic in Dubai, and follows the success of its centres in Al Wasl Road and Jumeirah Lake Towers. The growing footprint of Cocoona in Dubai also reflects the surging popularity of its treatments, ultra-advanced equipment, state-of-the-art facilities and futuristic procedures. Cocoona also operates a centre in New Delhi, India.
Located in Level 2 within Mirdif 35, the Cocoona Day Surgical Centre is open from 10am to 10pm, Saturday to Thursday. The centre offers the complete array of treatments available at other Cocoona clinics, including latest aesthetic machinery — such as radio frequency, ultrasound, cavitation, laser hair removal, vivace, PRP and body slimming among others. Also on offer are all kinds of aesthetic treatments and consultations for plastic surgery.
The opening of the new centre comes amidst news of Cocoona winning the Best Aesthetic Clinic award at the prestigious Mother, Baby & Child Awards for 2016, reinforcing its growing reputation and market leadership.
Dr Sanjay Parashar, consultant plastic surgeon and founder of Cocoona, said: “The launch of the new Cocoona Day Surgical Centre in Mirdif 35 is a testimony of the surging popularity of Cocoona in the UAE. Since its inception, Cocoona has served over 20,000 patients and is regarded as the most respectable clinic in cosmetic procedures. The new centre will effectively cater to the growing aesthetic healthcare needs of residents in Mirdif area, which is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the emirate.”
Sheikha Dr Hind Al Qassimi, a prominent UAE businesswoman who is very active in women empowerment, said: “Cocoona Centre has carved a niche for itself in the UAE and is fast emerging as the one-stop destination to the beauty, wellness needs of consumers — particularly in the aesthetic transformation domain, offering outstanding credentials and effective solutions that meet the highest expectations.”
The new branch reflects the surging trends in the demand for plastic surgery in Dubai and the region. According to industry estimates, the number of plastic surgeons per capita in Dubai is among the highest in the world. As per Dubai Health Authority estimates, the Emirate is aiming to attract about half a million medical tourists per year by 2020, which could benefit its economy by up to Dh 2.6 billion.
