What do I do when I feel lost?

• Run, run, run. I run so fast that all the sufferings and pain can’t touch me.
• Do meditation. I do meditation especially in the morning. It gives me inner peace and emotional control.
• Deactivate all social websites accounts and spend less time in Quora. Quora may be addictive too if you can’t use it wisely. I have deactivated all social website accounts and use Quora wisely.
• Compare yourself from yesterday to today. I compare my improvement from yesterday to today. So, I can get clear idea about my improvement.
Stop chasing money. I have stopped chasing money and do those works which make me happy.
• Love yourself. I have started to love myself and say every day ‘’I love you’’
• Travel a lot. I travel a lot in my own country and traveling makes me happy.
• Never stop trying. I have been rejected from 1000+ employers. I did not give up trying. Now I have a job. Still, I am trying to get better career opportunity.
• Invent yourself. You don’t know how much potential do you have? .
• Develop new skills. I am trying to achieve new skill by practicing such as computer skill, language skill, writing skill and so on.
• Watch motivational videos in YouTube. I watch Ted Talk videos every day.
• Read self help books. I read lots of self help books and try to apply those theories in my life.
• Try to get out of your comfort zone.
• Surrender yourself to God.
• Do voluntary works. It will give you mental satisfaction. I try to help people and poor children. It makes me happy.
• Learn from your mistakes. I try to learn my mistakes and analyze it. I take initiatives to avoid the mistakes.
• Dress well and maintain hygiene.
• Listen to your heart and mind Then, take action.
• Never settle. Life has endless opportunities. Seek out those opportunities.
