Joyalukkas forges loyalty rewards deal with Gulf Air

dubai — Global jewellery retail chain Joyalukkas has added Bahrain’s national carrier, Gulf Air, to its roster of rewards partners giving the airline’s Falconflye­r (loyalty programme) members an opportunit­y to earn points/miles with every Joyalukkas jewellery purchase and, as a launch offer, giving them the chance to earn double Falconflye­r miles on any purchase from participat­ing Joyalukkas showrooms in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE, UK and the USA.

In a ceremony held at Gulf Air’s Bahrain headquarte­rs, Joyalukkas group executive director John Paul Alukkas and Gulf Air chief commercial officer Ahmed Janahi, signed a partnershi­p agreement forging new avenues for customers to earn more rewards. The ceremony was also attended by top executives from both companies, including Joyalukkas head of corporate finance Thomas Scaria and Gulf Air senior manager customer experience, Kavita S. Al Jassim.

“The success of Joyalukkas is largely due to the loyalty and support our customers have given us throughout our 30 years in the industry,” said John Paul Alukkas. “Because of this, we strive to offer them the best value, world-class products and benefits that enhance their lifestyles. This partnershi­p with Gulf Air is aimed at offering them even more rewards and opportunit­ies to simply enjoy life.”

Ahmed Janahi said: “Our focus is on making Gulf Air’s Falconflye­r programme as rewarding as possible. In line with this, we are delighted to broaden the Gulf Air FalconFlye­r offering and give our loyalty programme members access to greater privileges thanks to our partnershi­p with global jewellery retail chain Joyalukkas.”
