DuFC champions soak in La Liga experience
90 Thousand fans were expected for the Barcelona versus Villareal clash
dubai –– The UAE dazzled in Spain this weekend as duFC Streets Cup winners Al Hosani, an Abu Dhabibased all-star team made up entirely of UAE players, along with UAE Schools Cup U14 champions Rashed bin Saeed, a Hatta based government school, travelled to Barcelona to experience world football at its best as a reward for winning the duFC 2016-2017 nationwide competition.
Surrounded by a sea of red, blue and yellow in the unforgettable Camp Nou stadium against the deafening cheers of over 90,000 fans, the young UAE players got to experience first-hand a live match between football giants FC Barcelona and Villarreal CF in their much anticipated La Liga face-off.
The team were also treated to an exclusive behind the scenes tour of Camp Nou, where they walked in the footsteps of their heroes and experienced the famed tunnel walk out onto the legendary stadium.
