MAG PD in new Dubai projects

dubai — MAG Property Development (MAG PD) has announced that it will be broadening its presence across Dubai by expanding into Downtown Dubai and Dubailand, with the launch of MAG 318 and MAG 230, respectively.

Both projects will offer prospective tenants a 35/65 payment plan, as well as the chance to live in the city centre near Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, or at the heart of the new City of Arabia masterplan.

MAG 318 Tower brings highend studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments to Downtown Dubai, providing easy access to The Dubai Mall and featuring private balconies that offer views of the Burj Khalifa. The development provides residents with a fully-integrated living environment that is fully-walkable and in close proximity to schools, offices, hospitals, malls and hotels for maximum convenience.

MAG 230 will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road and will offer spacious one-, two- and threebedroom apartments with wellappointed living spaces that showcase modern and upscale interiors with high-end finishes. The project is due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019 and will bring 595 new apartments to Dubai’s real estate sector.
