The purpose of this was to open the Dubai real estate opportunities to Indian realtors and market.

Announcing this in a press release, chairman Mahendra Singh stated that this is a novel initiative that is bound to benefit all parties involved.

“As we expand the real estate opportunities, towards an established and constant connection for long term partnerships between Dubai and India property businesses. We organised two tours in Dubai collaborated by TREK (The Real Estate Kings) which was the outcome of the Private Event we held in Mumbai last first week of April. Our objectives were to mainly introduce the company and present eligibilities as brokerage partner, as well as showcasing the potential and current Dubai real estate growth,” he said.

“During the tours the group from India were exposed to the Dubai development in terms of architectures, constructions and land holdings. This was done through presenting the portfolio, master plan, mock-up, business development and marketing materials,” Singh added.

The Trek Group comprised over 55 delegates and they got a first-hand experienced regarding the Dubai real estate as well as how they can enlist the services of Aurum Real Estate as brokerage partner. The Aurum Real Estate team hosted the TREK Group on their exposure to Dubai in terms of real estate development on April 23-25.
