UAE’s Al Zaabi enters finals

The UAE’s Saud Al Zaabi qualified for the finals of 1500m men’s event in the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku, Azerbaijan, a Press release said.

Al Zaabi managed to beat his own record of 3.52 seconds to qualify for the final. He will compete in the finals with seven Olympic athletes in a 12-field race. Meanwhile, UAE’s Fatima Al Hosani finished last in the discus throw event.
