Condition of workers injured in crash stable
dubai — An Indian who was critically injured in an accident that claimed seven lives and injured 35 on Tuesday, has undergone a surgery and is being stablised in preparation for another one.
A spokesperson from New Medical Centre (NMC) Hospital, where six of the injured were brought in after the accident, said that the patient was being stabilised. “He will undergo another planned surgery in a couple of days,” said the spokesperson. A patient who was admitted to the high dependency unit (HDU) is in a stable condition, while the other four are being kept under observation. “They received head injuries and are being kept under observation just as a precautionary measure.” Rashid Hospital, where six of the seriously injured victims were taken, did not give an update on their condition.
